Our Story
Bumade Healthcare Services LTD was established in January 2021 as a specialised Support at Home Personal care service based in Chatham to provides professional person-centred domiciliary care tailored to meet individual health care needs to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. We provide the support where individuals need a little extra help to remain independent and want to continue to live in their own homes in Chatham and surrounding areas.
Our services are designed to promote individual well-being, keep people safe, support people to do
as much as they can for themselves and allow them to live as independently as possible in their own
home and communities. Our support will be pivotal in preventing our clients from going into bed-
based services such as residential homes, hospitals, or other formal care settings.
Our qualified and continuously trained and experienced staff will offer companionship and friendship to individuals in the comfort of their homes, as we believe that this is the best therapeutic environment to promote wellbeing and independence. We provide Support at Home services, live in care support, companion care, housekeeping and personal assistant support, 24 hours a day over 7 days a week.
We offer a range of exclusive services to make life easier, avoiding complications, and providing
peace of mind.

Our services are based on supporting the individuals we care for to have increased well-being and independence, in everyday life. We strive to deliver effective outcomes of support to encourage full community integration. Our support is based on having every individual lead a fulfilling life filled with meaningful relationships. We work in collaboration with each person we support, their family & friends, social workers and other stakeholders to create a support plan that is tailored to their needs, wishes and goals. Our Carers receive high quality training to ensure consistency and continuity in the support that we provide. Our services are mainly focused on providing support to the individuals in a helpful, friendly and considerate manner.
Bumade Healthcare Services LTD was created because we believe that with the right support , care and stimulation people who want to stay within our accommodation can be helped to live happy, relatively independent and healthy lives for longer. This is based on both personal experiences of caring for loved ones, combined with a passion for trying to combat the loneliness and isolation that many people (especially elderly) may experience, and a genuine interest in their lives and experiences.
